Professional Summary:
Lisa works at The Boeing Company as a Business & Planning Analyst for the Enterprise Financial Compliance team in the Controller’s office where her responsibilities include the company’s required assessments related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as it relates to Sections 404 & 302 of The Act. She is also responsible for Enterprise Risk Visibility, financial risk assessment (including fraud risk), control environment monitoring, control deficiency reviews and Corporate Treasury internal control processes and procedures. Lisa has over 9 years experience working in the accounting field where she specializes in financial analysis. Lisa is also a former adjunct accounting professor at the University of Missouri – St. Louis and Fontbonne University where she taught introductory accounting courses.
NABA Professional Member:
Lisa has been a member of NABA since 2000. She is a former member of the NABA – St. Louis Chapter where she served as the Co-Director of Student Member Services and Co-Chair of the Scholarship committee, and a former member of the NABA – Seattle Chapter where she served as Director of Student Member Services and Director of Community Relations. Lisa joined the NABA – Chicago Chapter in 2010 and she served on the Resource Development and Scholarship Committees.
