Paul started his career as an Accountant with Allstate, as a result of attending a Central Region Student Conference.  Paul is a graduate of Chicago State University, where he served as the Treasurer of the student chapter and received a NABA student scholarship.  He is also a graduate with a Master of Science in Finance from Saint Xavier University.
